As an Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Member, you will assist in developing and executing direct marketing strategies aimed at building strong relationships with other businesses. As an Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Member , you'll work closely with the team to drive lead generation, improve brand awareness, and support sales teams with effective marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Member include: * Present and sell AT&T's business solutions, including wireless, internet, and voice services * Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their communication needs * Close any sales required from inquiring customers in person directly to bolster sales revenue while answering any questions regarding services, products, promotions, or delivery, while also upselling when available * Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service * Stay up-to-date on AT&T's latest products, services, and promotions As an Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Member, you'll work collaboratively with management and the sales team. We value your input and encourage you to contribute to defining and executing projects, developing plans to drive sales revenue, managing expectations, and communicating progress effectively to all involved. Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Member Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * A demonstrated history of personal achievement in leadership, athletics, academics, or community involvement is preferred * Previous B2B sales experience is a plus but not required * Exceptional work ethic and determination to achieve goals * Great problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and multi-tasking skills * Professional, reliable, and courteous demeanor with an eagerness to grow Our Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Members work under the guidance of our customer experience and sales managers to implement marketing and sales initiatives and gain leadership experience. We understand the importance of preparation, which is why we provide extensive classroom training and one-on- one mentorship. This support will assist you in becoming a successful Entry Level Sales & Customer Support Member for our firm, ensuring you feel prepared and confident in your role.
