Inside Sales Representative- Habitec Security *Are you a Sales hero who gets excited by providing technology solutions to make people 's lives better? The right candidate will be excited by working with outbound prospects and existing customers to provide them technology solutions to protect their homes and business's locations. The position is a key component in Habitec's future growth for our Ohio and Michigan offices. The ideal candidate has had previous success in inside sales, more specifically outbound call activity with existing customers. You will participate in a generous compensation plan that is easy to understand and stays consistent. Responsibilities include: * Helping existing customers benefit from the latest technology solutions * Sourcing new opportunities in the small business and commercial market to expand our client base * Operating as part of a team to structure solutions for clients * Managing opportunities through the pipeline to close business efficiently * Providing services to our customers in a consultative fashion (no pushy sales here) Our Preferences include: * 1 - 3 years' successful inside sales experience is preferred * History of past sales success in a base salary plus commission environment * Active listener and multi-tasker * Flexible, personable, and dedicated * Honest, trustworthy, and committed * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) * Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently * Must pass a background check, a pre-employment drug test.
