DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES REP (1099) - PHOENIX, AZ SealGuard LLC Same-Day Close High-Ticket No Micromanagement Overview SealGuard LLC is launching in Phoenix, AZ and is looking for experienced door-to-door sales professionals who want autonomy, clean pricing, and a legitimate product. This role is built for independent producers -- not people who need daily meetings, ride-alongs, or constant supervision. If you already know how to knock, qualify, and close, this is an opportunity to sell a high-margin service with strong demand and straightforward execution. What You 'll Be Selling A roof rejuvenation and protective coating service focused on preventative maintenance. This service: * Restores aging asphalt shingles * Extends roof life and delays replacement * Costs homeowners a fraction of a full reroof This is not a repair or replacement role. It's a consultative sale with a clear value proposition. How the Role Works * You source your own doors and manage your own schedule * You educate homeowners, inspect roofs, and close deals * Same-day closes are common (follow-ups allowed) * Hybrid option available: sell + install * Sales-only option available for proven closers * No daily meetings, no micromanagement, no fluff You own your pipeline, your installs, and your results. Compensation * 1099 independent contractor role * Commission-only, uncapped earnings * Compensation tied directly to personal production * High-ticket jobs with strong margins * Commission structure discussed during screening For hybrid reps, full control of the job = full commission.
