We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Requirements * Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance * Active insurance license, or willing to obtain one * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask * A team player who can also work independently when needed Responsibilities * Develop and calculate insurance plans tailored to client needs * Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients * Build and maintain strong client relationships, including follow-ups as needed * Support clients by responding to policy inquiries, billing questions, and policy changes Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Pay * Bonuses * Paid Training * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: * Paid time off Experience: * Property and Casualty: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Spanish (Required) License/Certification: * Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Orlando, FL 32837 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
