As an Entry Level Retail Account Associate, you will engage directly with prospective customers, present tailored product recommendations, and manage ongoing accounts. You will be responsible for guiding individuals through service options, answering questions, and supporting customers throughout the onboarding process. This position blends customer interaction, problem- solving, and strategic account management. Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Retail Account Associate: * Work directly with customers to build rapport, actively listen to their service needs and concerns, and recommend solutions tailored to these requirements * Assist customers with analyzing available offerings, making appropriate selections, placing sales orders, and throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction * Answer all questions and inquiries thoroughly and professionally to ensure compliance and transparency in all sales transactions * Follow up with customers as needed to ensure high metrics in both customer satisfaction and long-term retention * Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and allow team members to help identify trends and areas for improvement Qualifications of an Entry Level Retail Account Associate: * A high school diploma or GED equivalent; a degree in higher education is preferred, but not required * 0-2 years experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with customers from all walks of life * Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset * Adaptable and dependable, able to adjust to fast-paced environments * Professional, punctual, and reliable Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,606.39 - $53,500.00 per year Work Location: In person
