This is a customer-facing, in-store sales role focused on engaging shoppers, representing client brands, and driving sales through professional, face-to-face communication. What You 'll Do

• Engage customers inside retail locations and create a welcoming, high-energy experience
• Communicate product and service offerings through direct, in-person conversations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support daily and weekly sales performance goals
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to execute in-store initiatives
• Maintain a professional appearance and organized sales area What We 're Looking For
