Main Street Insurance Agency LLC is an established, independent hometown insurance agency specializing in personal home and auto insurance, with select commercial lines. We are seeking an experienced, licensed P &C insurance producer for a full-time position focused on new business sales and relationship-based service. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated agent who wants to work 100% of the incoming new business leads that come into our office. No cold calling or self-generated prospecting is required. The selected candidate will handle inbound quote requests, write new policies, and build long-term client relationships with new customers. You will serve as the agency's primary producing and servicing agent, supported by a comparative rating system, agency management system, and a staffed assistant. With over 27 years of experience , our agency offers a stable environment that values professionalism, efficiency, and customer-first service. Key Responsibilities * Quote, bind, and service personal lines policies (home, auto, umbrella) * Manage incoming quote requests and new business opportunities * Build strong relationships with new clients * Provide accurate coverage recommendations and follow-up * Maintain high service and retention standards * Process endorsements, renewals, and policy changes as needed Compensation & Growth Opportunity This position offers a customizable compensation structure based on the candidate's preference and experience: * Higher base salary with lower commission or * Lower base salary with higher commission * Optional quarterly profit-sharing opportunity Licensed agents with proven sales, service, or management experience can expect base pay reflective of experience.
