Overview

We are seeking an aggressive, driven Sales Associate who is hungry to learn, eager to earn, and ready to grow into a high-performing sales professional. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, responds well to training, and is motivated by performance-based income. Our company provides school systems, industrial and medical services, and institutional solutions to a wide range of clients. You will be responsible for developing new business, building relationships, and helping customers identify the right solutions for their needs.

What You'll Do

• Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Present and sell company products and services to schools, institutions, and industrial clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Learn and effectively communicate product and service offerings
• Follow up on leads and manage a sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve sales skills What We're Looking For

Compensation

• $40,000 base salary for the first 6 months, plus commission
