Endless Energy is a leading Massachusetts home services company specializing in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and whole-home electrification solutions. As demand for heat pumps, EV chargers, and electrical upgrades accelerates, we're hiring an Electrical Sales Consultant to help homeowners modernize their homes safely and confidently. This is a consultative, in-home sales role focused on education, safety, and long-term solutions , not pressure tactics. What You'll Do * Meet with homeowners to assess electrical systems and future power needs * Identify opportunities for electrical panel upgrades, service upgrades, EV chargers, generators, surge protection, and code-required corrections * Educate customers on electrical capacity, safety risks, and upgrade paths that support heat pumps, solar, and EVs * Present clear proposals with pricing, timelines, and permit requirements * Close sales while maintaining Endless Energy's high standards for transparency and customer trust * Coordinate with electricians, project managers, and permitting teams for smooth execution * Follow up with customers to ensure a seamless experience from consultation through installation What We're Looking For * Experience in in-home sales, electrical sales strongly preferred * Ability to explain technical electrical concepts in plain English * Comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and safety-driven upgrades * Organized, professional, and customer-focused * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer homes across Massachusetts * ServiceTitan or similar CRM experience is a plus Compensation * Base salary plus uncapped commission with tiered accelerators * Warm, company-generated leads (no cold calling) Typical Project Sizes * Electrical panel upgrades * Service upgrades (100A -> 200A) * EV charger installations * Generators Why Endless Energy Endless Energy is at the forefront of Massachusetts' electrification movement.
