Used Car Sales Manager - Marietta, GAAbout Us Grand Motorcars is a fast-growing, performance-driven automotive group with locations across Georgia. We are professional, agile, and relentless in our pursuit of excellence. Our goal is simple: become the #1 used car dealer in Georgia. We are looking for a proven Sales Manager to help lead our Marietta store to the next level. Position Overview The Used Car Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving volume and gross, maintaining strong processes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires hands-on leadership , accountability, and the ability to build and sustain a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities * Forecast and achieve monthly and annual sales, gross, and expense targets * Hire, train, motivate, coach, and hold accountable all used-vehicle sales staff * Develop and manage the department's annual operating budget * Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations * Direct and schedule department staffing to ensure proper coverage at all times * Set aggressive but realistic monthly goals for sales staff and support execution * Maintain accurate daily sales and floor traffic logs * Oversee lead management, prospecting, follow-up, and sales control systems * Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings * Maintain strong interdepartmental communication * Enforce dealership policies, procedures, and sales processes * Provide ongoing product knowledge and sales training * Assist in closing deals when necessary * Ensure timely completion of deal paperwork and settlement sheets * Establish and maintain delivery standards and schedule first service appointments * Review inventory daily to ensure proper mix and maximum turn rate * Develop and implement sales incentives in coordination with senior leadership * Monitor commission sheets and payroll accuracy * Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand at a high level * Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of proven automotive sales management experience * Strong track record of increasing sales volume, gross, and turn rate * Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills * High level of organization, accountability, and process discipline * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment * Strong understanding of dealership compliance and best practices What We Offer * Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives * Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization * A leadership team focused on winning, accountability, and culture Serious candidates only.
