As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. Position Overview: The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and closing sales in the commercial roofing sector. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, qualify, and pursue new commercial roofing sales opportunities * Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, general contractors, and building owners * Conduct roof inspections and collaborate with project managers to provide accurate estimates and proposals * Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals * Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events * Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company * Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM software * Create estimates for jobs Qualifications: * Proven experience as a commercial salesman in the roofing industry. * Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and estimating techniques. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities * Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. * Familiarity with construction prints and the bidding process * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer: * Competitive base salary + uncapped commission * Company vehicle allowance * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and professional development * Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Why Join Us?
