Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, energetic and motivated Electric Motor, Pump & Controls Inside Sales/Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for previous direct experience with atleast one of these fields. Please do not apply if you have zero experience with any of these industrial items. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by managing inside sales operations, developing strong customer relationships, and providing technical sales support for electric motors, pumps, and control systems. Your leadership will ensure exceptional customer service, foster new business opportunities, and streamline sales processes. Duties * Lead and oversee inside sales activities focused on electric motors, pumps, and control systems, ensuring targets are met or exceeded * Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to prospective clients, nurturing relationships and identifying new business opportunities * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage customer data, track sales activities, and generate reports for strategic planning * Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with B2B clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining excellent customer relations * Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote product offerings and gather market intelligence for business development * Provide technical sales support by explaining product specifications, applications, and benefits to customers * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that increase brand awareness and lead generation * Work with the outside sales team to assist with sales quotes and technical sales questions. * Follow up on previous quotations. Experience * Proven experience in inside sales or technical sales involving electric motors, controls and/or pumps * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals effectively * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines * Excellent communication skills in English (knowing spanish is a plus), both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information * Experience with outbound calling strategies including warm calling techniques to nurture leads and expand client base * Knowledge of business development practices combined with customer service expertise to enhance client satisfaction Join us in a role where your proactive approach and technical expertise will drive success!
