Overview The California Rangers Inc.. is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor, focusing on commission-only long-term residuals. This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced sales professionals with a background in B2B sales, management, and business development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly motivated, and skilled in territory management, lead generation, and customer relationship building. We provide private patrol, public safety, investigations, and security consulting services to organizations across California. This role is simple. You sell. You earn a percentage. You keep earning for as long as the client stays. The Role This is a true commission-only position. * No base pay * No draw * No cap You earn 10 percent of every contract you close , paid for the entire life of the contract. Most agreements run five to ten years. When a client expands coverage, adds locations, or increases rates, your commission grows with it. If that same client later adds: * Investigations * Consulting * Supplemental security services You earn residuals on those services as well. One client can turn into multiple revenue streams, all paying you long term. What You'll Be Doing * Identifying organizations that need private security or patrol services * Meeting decision-makers and walking sites * Presenting practical, compliant security solutions * Working with leadership to finalize pricing and contracts * Following deals through to signature * Managing your own pipeline and schedule You'll spend most of your time in the field. You decide how you work.
