As a Customer Account Specialist on Uline's Finance team, you'll work with customers to keep accounts running smoothly and support essential tax processes. Position Responsibilities * Collaborate with a diverse team of Finance professionals to provide exceptional service. * Review and apply sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software. * Resolve missing or incomplete documentation by guiding customers through certificate requirements. * Calculate and process sales tax credits. Minimum Requirements * High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred. * Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus. * Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. * Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills. * Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
