Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fast-paced team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing personalized service to our esteemed clientele, guiding them through our extensive collection of fine Swiss watches and luxury jewelry pieces, both new and pre-owned. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing expert guidance on our collection of fine Swiss watches and luxury jewelry. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and needs to provide tailored recommendations. * Showcase a deep knowledge of our products, including brand history, technical specifications, and provenance for pre-owned pieces. * Drive sales and meet or exceed targets by actively engaging with customers, upselling complementary products, and fostering repeat business. * Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring that merchandise displays are visually appealing and reflective of our brand's luxury aesthetic. * Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall success of the store. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the watch and jewelry industry. * Passion for fine Swiss watches and luxury jewelry, with a keen eye for craftsmanship, design, and quality. * Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide personalized recommendations to a diverse clientele. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our customers.
