Requirements

Responsibilities

:

• Offer a professional, high energy, progressive sales attitude. Greet & form a relationship with customers.
• Probe to identify the customer's needs
• Describe merchandise explaining construction, use, and operation to customers.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Assist with design coordination
• Keep detailed and accessible customer records in a clean and organized file.
• Asking for the Order, and Closing the sale.
• Prepare invoices, record terms of agreement including payment type with detailed accuracy.
• Maintain strong follow up and follow through skills in store and via email communication and telephone calls
• Help keep our showroom a neat and inviting place to shop
• Strive for continued growth
• Develop personal knowledge of products, professional sales techniques, and promotions
