HEALTHCARE SR LIVING SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR, PRIVATE PAY, 5 STAR ULTRA LUXURY, base to $110k plus BONUS PAID OUT MONTHLY * *+ 10% BONUS = $180K plus EXECPTIONAL BENEFITS STARTS DAY ONE, SELF & FAMILY 4 weeks vacation, matching 401k & fabulous perks! This role will encompass both inside and outside sales & is an outside efforts with the 100% support of all leadership, ED, Wellness Director, Chef, Maintenance Housekeeping Leadership to play a role as you see fit, in your tours and promotion. Inside administrative support and Regional Sales Specialist for support as well Your referral sources count-- connections with everyone from discharge planners, hospitals, rehabs to various senior wealth sources, attorneys, financial planners to enlighten them on the amazing offerings in gorgeous environment. This is 100% Private Pay, high end requiring high end referrals and a wealth oriented clientele. SR LIVING, LTC, HOMECARE SALES OR SIMILAR considered. NO PHARMA OR DURABLE GOODS WILL BE CONSIDERED. You will be able to attract the resident who has no medical needs to those who desire the 5 star luxury environment that have medical needs, you have every possible solution to the resident who wants to continue a luxurious lifestyle, with the medical care or not. This aging in place, senior elite community that are in the position to refer those Seniors with the bank account to afford this spectacular "Relais Chateau" style property. Not only will the community have multiple dining rooms with onsite chef prepared meals, but the ultimate in activities, ranging from golfing outings, flower arranging courses, concerts on site and off site multiple times a week, to concierge services escorting the residents to community events, both on and off the compound, residents wish they came here 20 years earlier!
