Customer Management Systems (CMS) is looking to grow our team with a high performing sales professional. If you're consistent, determined, and possess strong closing skills, we want to talk to you. We've been serving the automotive industry since 2003 and have built a reputation on delivering on what we say we will. Our service offering is phone skills coaching and follow-up services to automotive dealerships across North America. Tired of working 60, 70, or more hours a week? We offer a schedule that will allow you to have a life. Your hours would be Monday-Friday, 9:00a to 5:30p. That is right, NO WEEKENDS. Compensation range for this position is $70,000 - $250,000. We have team members who've exceeded $250,000. * 1st year OTE (On Target Earnings) $70K - $100K. If you're willing to do the work and build it, there is legitimate potential to make north of $250,000. We believe in helping you succeed! We provide a generous training base that also has a commission structure while you get started. In addition you're provided Company generated leads (we have an in-house SDR team). Our business model is subscription based. Everything you sell will be in your book of business. Your paid on total MRR (monthly recurring revenue), you will continue to be paid on that account until the client cancels. You'll be servicing each account you sell.
