Job Title: Commercial HVAC Territory Manager - Atlanta, GA Range: Base + Bonus, $80K-$100K+ Job Description: Dealers Supply Company, a leading HVAC distributor in the Southeast, is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Territory Manager to own and grow our Metro Atlanta territory (with some coverage into North Carolina). This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role perfect for a proven closer who understands commercial HVAC systems inside and out. If you thrive on building long-term contractor partnerships, driving specification wins, and consistently hitting (and exceeding) revenue targets, this is your opportunity to join a growing team backed by strong vendor relationships (including Ruud) and a supportive inside sales/operations structure. What You'll Do: Full sales-cycle responsibility for commercial and mechanical contractors in the Metro Atlanta market Grow existing accounts and aggressively prospect new business to hit/exceed annual sales and gross margin goals Conduct regular job site and office visits, present solutions, write quotes, and close deals Partner with our Ruud Commercial Sales Engineer and factory resources to win specifications on plan & spec projects Collaborate with inside sales, quotations, and operations teams to ensure flawless project execution from bid to closeout Train and mentor contractor counter staff and other Territory Managers on new products and programs Identify market opportunities, launch promotions, and execute territory marketing plans Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable sales forecasts What You Bring: 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience in project management, estimating, or outside sales (required) Deep technical knowledge of commercial applied and unitary equipment (chillers, VRF, rooftop units, air handlers, etc.) Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Strong existing relationships with mechanical contractors in the Atlanta market is a major plus Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-starter comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with internal teams Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Clean driving record and ability to travel throughout Georgia (occasional overnight to NC) Compensation & Benefits: Base salary $80,000 - $100,000 (DOE) Lucrative yearly bonus potential (uncapped) Full health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation + holidays Expense account and home office allowance Ongoing factory training and career development Why Join Dealers Supply Company?
