Enterprise Account Executive (Hunter / New Logo Sales) * Job Type: Full-Time | W2 | Direct Hire * Base Salary: Starting at $75,000 (negotiable, depending on experience) * On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000+ at quota * Office Location: St. Louis, MO Key Overview: The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new logo acquisition and generating net-new revenue across the enterprise market segments, including government, education, medical, and financial industries. This is a pure hunting role focused on high-volume prospecting, outbound calling, and building a strong pipeline within a defined territory. The position requires persistence, resilience, and a strategic mindset needed to break into new accounts and convert prospects into customers. Success in this role relies on proactive outreach, territory penetration, and consistent execution against sales targets. Key Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom enterprise sales, with a strong emphasis on new business development * Experience working within CRM systems and managing outbound sales workflows * High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred Key Skills & Abilities: * Strong hunter mentality with a track record of prospecting and closing new business * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities * Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently * Strong business acumen and ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics * Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts * Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple opportunities * High motivation to exceed goals and thrive in an outbound, quota-driven environment * Ability to travel as necessary Key Responsibilities: * Aggressively prospect, cold call, and schedule meetings within a defined target list of enterprise accounts * Generate, manage, and grow a new-business pipeline through outbound sales activities * Maintain expert knowledge of products, services, and competitive differentiators * Execute against quarterly and annual new customer acquisition goals, including sales targets and forecasting * Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and qualification of potential customers * Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and pricing for prospective clients * Lead the negotiation and closing of new service agreements that meet or exceed sales objectives * Track and report on prospecting activity, pipeline progression, and forecast accuracy * Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities and competitive insights * Represent client at trade shows, conferences, and relevant industry events to generate leads * Work cross-functionally with Service Delivery and Network Planning teams to ensure new customer orders are accurately documented and executed * Limited travel may be required Broadstaff, LLC., provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, physical or mental disability, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other protected classification protected by federal, state or local laws.
