What You 'll Do * Conduct energy consultations with homeowners (both virtual and in-person) * Present solar solutions and explain financial/energy savings clearly * Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships * Stay current with solar technology and financing options * Represent the company's values of honesty, professionalism, and excellence * Optional: Invite others to our info sessions--earn up to $1000 referral bonuses when projects close. What We Provide 1. Step-by-step training via Windmar Solar Academy (fast start + mentorship). 2. Done-for-you tools: CRM, talk-tracks, bill-to-savings calculator, lead upload link. 3. Live coaching & Q&A (weekly Zooms in English & Spanish). 4. Field support and a clear path from Setter -> Closer -> Team Leader. 5. How You Earn (1099, Commission-Only) Uncapped commissions: typical sale pays $2,000 -$7,000+. Sales bonuses available. - Our target is 4 sales/month for consistent full-time earners. - Top performers can exceed six figures; earnings are commission and performance-based Choose Your Track - Second Income (10-15 hrs/wk): 1-2 sales/month target with referrals + local canvassing. - Full-Time (30-40 hrs/wk): 3-6 sales/month target with daily activity & closes. Leadership: Build/mentor a small team and boost income through overrides (optional; program rules apply). We 're Looking For * Motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Sales or customer service experience preferred (solar experience a plus!) * Self-driven, coachable, and eager to learn * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Compensation - 1099 Independent Contractor. Commission-only. No cap.
