Full description of the position
Omni Technologies, LLC is a leading provider of low-voltage services in southern Wisconsin, specializing in the design and implementation of fire alarm, security, nurse call, and audio-video systems. Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team. This position is a hybrid role combining sales skills and Low- Voltage Systems project estimating. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects by accurately estimating the cost of labor and materials for low-voltage systems. This position requires a strong understanding of construction principles, excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a Sales Professional, you will develop your own sales territory with the main focus of targeting new customers. You will become the trusted face of our company and foster relationships as the "Go To" resource for the newly established accounts. Once there is a need for any of Omni's offerings you will switch to estimating mode and research, prepare, and present a cost proposal Key Responsibilities: * Establish contract with existing customers, identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads. * Adhere to strict estimating deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. * Generate sales reports/projections and submit them to management. * Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time independently, with minimal supervision. * Collaborate with management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company's marketing presence in the Midwest territory. * Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients. * Update client information in the company CRM database. Requirements * Bachelor's or associate degree in sales/ marketing is preferred; however, an individual with * experience will not be overlooked. * 3-5 years' experience in Low Voltage estimating. * Driver's License and good driving record. * Ability to clearly communicate technical information to an audience effectively. * Good work ethic and strong organizational skills. Compensation: A Strong Base Salary and a NO CAP Commission Plan, commensurate with experience.
