About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join this team. This remote role offers competitive earning potential, growth opportunities, and ongoing development through training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound sales communications
• Compose and send emails and text messages to clients
• Offer additional products to existing customers
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

• 1 year of Insurance and/or Sales Experience
• Willing to obtain P &C (Property and Casualty) licensing
• Willing to obtain L &H (Life and Health) licensing
• Have a stable and reliable internet connection
• Strong time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A drive for success
