B2B Sales Executive - Fulton Financial Group Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Job Summary The Fulton Agency is seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with local businesses to help them offer unique benefit plans that support and protect their employees. This position is ideal for someone who is driven, coachable, and excited about building long-term financial freedom. What You 'll Do * Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR directors, and managers. * Present and customize unique benefit plans based on each company's needs. * Use Salesforce to track leads, document activity, and follow up with prospects. * Implement proven sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities. * Achieve monthly and quarterly performance goals while delivering excellent service.
