About the Role We're seeking an in office Technical Sales Consultant to serve as the primary client-facing representative for the Dyna-Purge Division. This inside- sales role is responsible for driving year-over-year territory growth through new business development, expansion of existing accounts, and proactive account management. You'll become a product expert and trusted partner to your customers, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure service, support, and sustained business success. The compensation plan includes a competitive base salary, tiered commission plan and year end bonus opportunity. What You 'll Do As a key member of the Dyna-Purge sales team, you will: * Align and contribute to our strong culture by embracing our values. Being Resourceful, Responsive and Responsible. * Do the right thing * Protect our reputation * Act with integrity * Take personal responsibility * Embrace service over self * Respect each other * Express gratitude * Drive growth in annual unit sales (lbs.) and client site expansion year over year. * Serve as the primary relationship manager for all assigned territory. * Prospect, acquire, and retain accounts while identifying full demand opportunities. * Master our product line, website tools, CRM, sales systems, and literature. * Deliver exceptional service and follow through with urgency and professionalism. * Collaborate with internal teams (credit, logistics, planning, tech support, etc.) to support client needs. * Manage pricing, delivery terms, and policy changes proactively and effectively. * Monitor and resolve issues related to inventory, urgent shipments, A/R aging, credit constraints, and claims. * Ensure accurate CRM and INFOR order templates, and data entry. * Support team initiatives, coverage, and overall corporate objectives. * Work on site at Shuman Plastic's headquarters and travel occasionally for trade shows, training, key account visits, and trial support. * Standard business hours (8a-4:30p M-F) Annual Objectives & Metrics You'll be expected to contribute toward the following goals: * 10%+ annual unit growth * Expansion to 400+ active client sites * Keep top 10 account concentration under 40% of territory volume through growth and territory development * New customer acquisition and current customer retention * Additional annual objectives may be assigned related to market development, special projects, or strategic initiatives.
