We're looking for a motivated Flooring Sales Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for sales and love helping people, you'll thrive in this role. What You 'll Do As a key member of our team, you'll guide customers through the entire flooring selection process, from initial design concepts to final purchase. Your main responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive, memorable experience for every client. * Consulting with customers to understand their unique needs and design preferences. * Showcasing and selling our wide range of flooring products. * Building lasting relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty. * Utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage sales and ensure a seamless customer journey. * Networking within the local business and community to generate new sales opportunities. What We 're Looking For We need someone who is passionate about both sales and design. While we provide extensive product training, we're seeking a candidate with: * A natural talent for sales and excellent people skills. * A keen eye for design and the ability to assist customers with style choices. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * Strong personal organization and attention to detail. * A self-starter attitude with a drive to succeed in a commission-based role. Compensation & Benefits This position offers a commission-only compensation structure with a draw system , providing a high-earning potential for motivated individuals. * Health Insurance: Available after 90 days of employment. * Work Schedule: Early evenings and all Saturdays are required. We believe in work-life balance and are proudly closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the Fourth of July.
