78K-250K Licensed Real Estate Agent-Bilingual English/Spanish -RE Land Sales. P.S.L.C. * Ready to make a change for this coming year 2026 and close deals. Average Compensation: 78K-280K /year in commission. You can earn an extra $6,500 per month or more in commission; yet, the earning potential is unlimited if you work for it. You can work from home set your schedules make your phone calls. Seeking two or three part-time or full-time licensed bilingual real estate agents and/or broker-associates as we are currently marketing in the Spanish community. New or Experienced Licensees welcome. The ideal candidate must be bilingual a team player, hardworking, trustworthy and have a positive attitude. We are looking for a result-oriented individuals who wants to make a career change and come grow with us. We pay the highest commission in the industry and have a large inventory over 500 of subdivided properties in Southern California. P.S.L.C owns all of its own inventory and we provide you with leads, In house financing with low downs and low monthly payments. You can get paid within ten days on average. We have an excellent training program and have a team of marketers, staff, and managers available to help you achieve your goal. Recognition programs are in place for awards on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. We provide leads; therefore, you should be able to start making money now. Duties: * Following up on leads properly and timely through in-person meeting, by phone or using digital means * Showing of properties * Ensuring all transaction paperwork/digital forms are complete and accurate * Ensuring that each qualified lead is closed * Attending monthly sales meetings * Closing of at least 4 transactions per month Qualifications: * Must have a valid California Real Estate License * Must have a valid Driver's License * Motivated and self-started individuals * Technological savvy * Bilingual in English/Spanish-Required * Have people's skills * Experience in Sales or in Real Estate is a huge plus Compensation: * Average Compensation: 78K-250K /year in commission.
