About the Entry Level Account Manager Role * Actively engage with customers in person to understand their needs and recommend tailored telecommunications products and services. * Serve as a trusted resource, guiding prospects through product features, pricing, and service options as a knowledgeable Entry Level Account Manager. * Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally to deliver a positive customer experience. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships that foster loyalty, referrals, and repeat business, a core focus of every Entry Level Account Manager. * Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding individual and team revenue goals through effective follow-through and customer engagement. * Accurately document customer interactions, proposals, and sales activities in our CRM system as required of an Entry Level Account Manager. * Stay informed about new products, promotions, and competitor offerings to enhance your effectiveness as an Entry Level Account Manager.
