Overview
: We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle higher-level customer support and more complex customer complaint cases. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and follow-through to resolve issues smoothly and protect the customer experience. In addition to daily customer service and order support, this position will assist with marketing execution and outside sales support-such as updating showroom labels/signage, helping create invoices/orders for field sales, and supporting online outreach to identify and qualify wholesale customers(contractors, builders, retailers). This is a hands-on, team-oriented role that helps keep operations running efficiently across departments.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer service cases and escalated complaints; investigate issues, coordinate solutions, and follow through to resolution. Support outside sales with field-related tasks, including preparing/creating invoices/orders and coordinating order details as needed.
- Assist with marketing execution: update showroom labels/price tags, maintain showroom presentation, and support basic promo setup. Support online outreach to explore and develop wholesale leads(contractors, builders, retailers), qualify inquiries and route to the sales team.
- Track leads and case notes accurately in internal sheets/systems; ensure timely follow-up and clear handoffs across teams.
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and management as a reliable team player, taking ownership to keep operations running smoothly. Provide accurate product info and confirm current pricing/promotions and availability before quoting.
- Escalate urgent issues or customer complaints to management promptly. Review Al/auto replies (when used) and take over conversations when detailed support or additional photos are needed.
- Collect common customer questions/feedback and share insights to improve marketing content and in-store messaging Experience
- Prior experience in call center or customer support roles is preferred
- Bilingual skills (English plus additional language) are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or tele-sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Requirements
:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)Demonstrate strong reliability, and a team-player mindset is a must. Excel, and PowerPoint skill is a must. Familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar CRM systems is a plus
- Spanish is required.
- Experience in cabinets or home improvement industry is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
