General Linen Service is a Family owned Company doing business since 1938. Our headquarters is located in Somersworth, NH, with branches located in Manchester, NH, Hopkinton, MA and Westbrook, ME. We are currently looking for Route Managers in our Hopkinton, Ma location that have a combination of Delivery, Sales and Customer Service backgrounds. Our Route Managers ensure effective management over linen inventories and control all activities associated with the servicing of each customer in an assigned route.Route Managers are responsible for ensuring that each customer receives the right product, the right quantity, and the right price according to the customers servicing contract and delivery schedule.Route Managers develop a close and positive relationship with each assigned customer, providing first rate quality service, maintaining optimum levels of revenue and increasing customer retention.Route Managers evaluate and work with your customers to expand and/or up-sell products and service lines. Job Requirements Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam, drug screen and have a clean driver record, have the ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs., and be at least 21 years of age. Excellent communication skills also required. Education Requirements HS Diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus.
