Core Duties of the AT &T Sales Representative: * Engage customers in retail settings, actively listen to their needs, and present AT&T products and services with confidence. * Drive sales by matching customer needs with wireless solutions, upselling accessories, and promoting bundled offers. * Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized customer service, troubleshooting, and follow-up sales support. * Maintain in-depth product knowledge to confidently explain features, benefits, and competitive advantages. * Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while contributing to overall store performance. * Collaborate with team members to strategize sales and customer service approaches and share best practices. * Provide feedback to management on customer trends, product demand, and opportunities for improvement. * Represent AT&T with professionalism, ensuring brand consistency in every interaction. * Assist in merchandising, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment.
