Key Responsibilities: * Close sales and assist customers in finding the best solutions to meet their needs. * Provide expert advice on HVACdirect's products and services to contractors, engineers, and business owners. * Maintain strong product knowledge to address customer inquiries and guide them to the right solutions. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and support. * Track and manage leads, sales activities, and customer information through CRM software. Requirements: * Sales experience in HVAC or a related field preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and close sales. * Ability to understand and explain technical details of HVAC systems and related products. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage leads and sales activities effectively. * Tech-savvy with the ability to use CRM software and other sales tools.
