Looking for a calm, cool and collected, self motivated, detail oriented, quick learner. Super organized, can multi-task, and is willing to have flex hours, and hiring Immediately. Pay is $20-30 per, a minimum of 3 partial days IN PERSON, 2-5 days per week. Project rate: mininum 14 hours/week Responsibilities are (but are not limited to): - Research contact information, make calls and leave and take clear messages and follow up - Emails to artists/galleries/clients/Brokers, building owners/managers - Coordinate information and put information on spreadsheets, photos, docs into dropbox - Edit and send Agreements (both in PDF and Word document) - Photoshop photos and edit copy and photos, add hyperlinks on Wordpress for the RealArtMuse.com blog postings, etc... - Update art inventory on the website, add artwork into the templates for "BACP art for sale"- create a new sales page with art I own on it. - Proficient in both PC and MAC and Apple devices, can add attachments, photos, create files If you also know how to use Mailchimp for Museltter production and [please apply online] for Events, this is a plus! - Can create a powerpoint presentation ( Keynotes) - Ideally graphic design experience (Canva) Please include availability (days/hour) and two (2) references.
