RESPONSIBILITES: * Educate clients on the value and importance of investing in precious metals * Build and nurture relationships with clients, delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process * Make 200+ outbound calls daily and respond to inbound inquiries from warm, pre-qualified leads. * Stay informed on market trends, financial news, and economic updates--domestic and international * Provide real-time market insights and support clients with any account-related questions * Operate with a "customer-first" mindset at all times REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience in high-volume sales environment (Plus, not required) * Proven ability to manage high call volumes and meet performance goals * Familiarity with CRM system such as Salesforce (Plus, not required) * Strong phone presence and professional communication skills * Must be located within commuting distance to our office Why Us?
