Engel & Volkers Western Frontier is expanding, and we're seeking an experienced Supervising Broker to support and mentor Advisors in our growing Helena shop. We're looking for a confident leader with: * A minimum of 5 years of real estate experience * A successful sales/production track record * A positive, collaborative mindset * In-depth knowledge of Montana real estate law, regulations, and industry best practices * Strong familiarity with real estate technology platforms and systems In this role, you will: * Provide training and onboarding to new Advisors * Offer ongoing coaching, compliance support, and leadership * Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and high performance * Work closely with our regional management team to implement strategy, share insights, and support the continued growth of Engel & Volkers Western Frontier We offer a flexible schedule, though some in-office hours are required to support your team and presence in the shop.
