Koch Automotive Group is looking for a talented Appointment Coordinator Associate to join our team. Role: You will play a pivotal role in acquiring vehicles from customers and nurturing existing client partnerships. Your ability to effectively communicate will be essential in driving our business forward. Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance * PTO * Paid holidays * 401(k) matching * Supportive team * Daytime shift with flexible schedule (every other Saturday required) * Bonus opportunities Essential Responsibilities: * Setting daily appointment with clients to present offers to buy their vehicles * Generate follow up for each customer * Generate own leads through our large data base * Consult with the sales management team to determine the process for each appointment that is set * Work with department manager to set monthly goals and reach forecasting objectives * Build relationships with customers through follow up; actively listen to the customer and ask questions when necessary to understand customers concern * Handle customer questions or concerns with integrity and poise and, when necessary, create the appropriate resolution. * This role will have an increased customer facing element and the agent performing the job must have the customer's best outcome in mind Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit/stand at lengths of time. * Ability to communicate with customers on the phone and in-person. Qualifications: * Experience in sales is required * Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette * Detail-oriented and skilled at data entry * Ability to navigate through various websites and programs * Professional personal appearance with an outgoing personality * Ability to speak multiple languages preferred Additional information: Koch Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer.
