You will receive: * Company-provided inbound leads * Ongoing mentorship and deal-level support * Structured training on mortgage pre-qualification and loan flow * Access to 100+ lending partners nationwide * Flexible, remote schedule Key Responsibilities * Respond to and work on inbound mortgage and investor inquiries * Pre-qualify clients and gather required information * Communicate with borrowers throughout the loan process * Maintain timely follow-up and accurate documentation * Build long-term client relationships Schedule * Part-time or full-time availability * Part-time, typically less than 26 hours per week * Schedule flexibility based on availability and workload * Fully remote Compensation * 100% commission-based * No income cap * Earnings vary based on time, effort, and production * Suitable for candidates with existing income stability Qualifications * Strong communication and follow-up skills * Professional and self-motivated work style * Comfort working in a commission-based environment * Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required Work Location: Remote (Florida residents only) Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance * Tuition reimbursement Work Location: Remote
