Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and work on inbound mortgage and investor inquiries
• Pre-qualify clients and gather required information
• Communicate with borrowers throughout the loan process
• Maintain timely follow-up and accurate documentation
• Build long-term client relationships Schedule
• Part-time or full-time availability
• Part-time, typically less than 26 hours per week
• Schedule flexibility based on availability and workload
• Fully remote

Compensation

• 100% commission-based
• No income cap
• Earnings vary based on time, effort, and production
• Suitable for candidates with existing income stability
