QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBLITIES * Alarm or Survillance sales experience HIGHLY PREFERRED * Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. * B2B Sales - REQUIRED * Highly motivated to achieve personal and company goals. * Desire and drive to make money and be successful. * Communicate with customers and leads to identify and understand product or service needs; identify and suggest products and services to meet those needs. * Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face-to-face with potential or existing customers. * Excellent customer relationship-building skills, solid interpersonal skills, and a willingness to change or face difficult situations. * You must be able to perform basic math and perform daily tasks from an iPad or smartphone. REQUIREMENTS * Comfortable generating your own leads. * A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred. * Must be 18 years of age or older. * Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. * Must have reliable transportation with a good driving record, valid driver's license, and current vehicle insurance. * Weekend and evening availability! * Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
