Job Title: Pattern & Cutting Coordinator Pay: $22 - $29 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pattern & Cutting Coordinator to support our production operations. This role works closely with internal teams and offsite vendors to ensure accurate pattern management and efficient cutting processes. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with Excel, managing multiple priorities, and learning new software as needed. Job Responsibilities: * Use Excel to consolidate Sales Orders and create efficient cutting batches * Coordinate with offsite vendors to develop digital patterns for new models * Organize and maintain an up-to-date library of patterns by model * Plot cutting markers for production * Process cutting markers through the Accumark system (prior Accumark experience not required) * Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned by the VP of Operations Required Skills & Qualifications: * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Experience with Gerber Accumark Software or the ability and willingness to learn * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts * Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred nowhiring
