Position Overview We're looking for a driven and personable Commercial Sales Representative to help expand our commercial painting division. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and overseeing projects from estimate to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building connections, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities * Prospect, network, and generate new commercial painting leads (property management companies, HOAs, general contractors, etc.) * Conduct on-site assessments and prepare accurate bids and estimates * Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up * Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution * Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and progress using CRM tools * Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Legacy Painting * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in commercial construction, coatings, or property services) * Strong understanding of the commercial construction or property management industry * Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships * Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills * Strong organizational and follow-up abilities * Familiarity with construction bidding processes a plus * Proficient with Microsoft Office * Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet deadlines and goals * Self-starter with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor * Valid driver's license and meets insurance requirements to insure Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary + commission * Company Vehicle with gas card * Paid time off and holidays * Supportive, team-oriented culture with strong operational backing Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Company car Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * B2B sales: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Greenwood, IN 46142 (Required) Work Location: In person
