The Vinyl Outlet is on the hunt for an energetic, motivated Outside Sales Rep who's ready to help homeowners transform their outdoor spaces -- and get paid well to do it. What We Offer: * 3 -4 pre-set appointments per day (we handle the scheduling - you handle the closing) * Qualified leads provided daily - no cold calling, just warm, ready-to-buy customers * W2 position with full benefits - health, dental, vision, 401k * Awesome team culture - fun, supportive, and focused on winning together * Backyards you can be proud of What You 'll Do: * Visit homeowners who are already expecting you (no awkward knock-and-prays) * Present custom fencing and decking solutions tailored to their needs * Educate, build trust, and close deals like a pro * Represent Revamp Fence & Deck with confidence and pride What You 'll Need: * A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (you'll be hitting the road) * An iPad with active data service (it's your portable sales command center) * A friendly personality and great communication skills * Open availability on weekdays and the ability to work every other weekend (flexibility is key to success here!)
