Full description of the position

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, setting clear and realistic expectations with clients, selling our high-quality roofing products, and maintaining strong follow-up with prospects. This role offers significant growth potential, with opportunities to advance within the company and to train and mentor others.

Key Responsibilities

: Build a Sales Pipeline:

  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to ensure a steady stream of opportunities.
  • Track and manage sales activities using CRM software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Set Proper Expectations:
  • Educate clients on the roofing process, timelines, and potential challenges.
  • Provide detailed and accurate quotes and project proposals.
  • Ensure clients understand the scope of work and what to expect throughout the project. Sell High-Quality Products:
  • Present and promote our range of roofing products and services to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Highlight the benefits and features of our high-quality materials and craftsmanship.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow-Up with Prospects:
  • Maintain regular communication with potential clients to address any questions or concerns.
  • Follow up on proposals and quotes to convert leads into sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships. Potential to Advance and Train Others:
  • Demonstrate strong performance and leadership qualities to advance within the company.
  • Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Mentor and train new sales representatives as needed.
Qualifications

:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
