Outside Sales Representative - A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) Location: Cincinnati, OH Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM AQFS is expanding our Executive Sales Team and looking for a driven, sales professional who wants to be part of a rapidly growing company with true advancement opportunities. What You 'll Do As a key member of our Executive Sales Team, you will: * Develop and execute your own strategic sales plan to drive new business in target industries including healthcare, hospitality, commercial offices, industrial facilities, and education. * Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape short- and long-term sales and marketing strategies. * Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients. * Partner with the operations team to develop estimates and prepare professional proposals. * Represent AQFS at networking events, association meetings, and industry gatherings. * Take full ownership of hitting monthly and annual growth targets. * Stay on top of industry trends, market changes, and competitive insights to help keep AQFS a market leader. This role offers autonomy , creativity , and the chance to truly influence the direction and growth of our company.
