The Account Manager Trainee will oversee sales teams while helping drive revenue of AT&T's latest business offerings. Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities: * Lead a team of sales representatives in AT&T B2B wireless sales, internet, and device solutions. * Coach and mentor team members to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Conduct client meetings and presentations to secure new business. * Monitor sales metrics and ensure team adherence to KPIs. * Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding new team members. * Strategically plan sales campaigns and initiatives. * Maintain strong relationships with clients to promote long-term business growth. * Stay informed on industry trends to provide innovative solutions and leadership.
