While there are numerous insurance opportunities out there, as a member of our agency team, you will: * Work with the leading auto, home and life insurer in the US (instant brand recognition) * Be trained on how to sell and use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance * Be compensated on a base plus commission structure * No nights and weekends * Paid Holidays and vacation time * Valuable experience and potential to own your own agency if that is a goal Candidates Applying This is an insurance SALES position. Candidates should have high aspirations and enjoy making a difference in the lives of others while getting paid for results, and not just effort. Prior insurance or sales experience not necessarily required, but sales aptitude is a must. Those with previous retail, serving/hospitality, sales experience are encouraged to apply. Spanish speaking also a plus but not required. Because this is a sales position, commission/bonus provide the additional compensation above the base.
