We are conducting a confidential search for a motivated, results-driven, and relationship-focused Sales Leader to oversee sales efforts for a hospitality property. What You 'll Do As Director of Sales, you'll be responsible for leading proactive sales efforts to maximize property revenue. Key responsibilities include: * Developing & Executing Sales Strategies - Identify and capture new business opportunities. * Building & Nurturing Client Relationships - Maintain strong connections with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners. * Driving Group & Corporate Sales - Secure bookings for meetings, conferences, and events. * Showcasing the Property - Conduct sales presentations and tours for prospective clients. * Collaborating Across Teams - Partner with operations, revenue management, and catering teams to ensure seamless client experiences. * Analyzing Market Trends - Monitor competitors and adjust strategies to stay competitive. * Meeting & Exceeding Sales Targets - Consistently achieve revenue goals and KPIs. * Representing the Property - Attend networking events and trade shows to promote sales efforts. What Makes You a Strong Fit? * Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred. * Minimum 3 years of hotel or hospitality sales experience. * Solid understanding of revenue management and hotel operations. * Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales goals. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales systems.
