Customer Engagement and Sales Assistant Location: Los Angeles - Koreatown area Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person The Opportunity This role is designed for people who enjoy structured, face-to-face interaction and want a clear, practical role where communication and consistency matter. You'll be supporting customer engagement and sales activity on behalf of a major U.S. provider of internet, mobile, TV, and home connectivity services. The services you'll be discussing are used daily by households and small businesses -- reliable internet, mobile connectivity, and bundled communication solutions that keep people connected at home and at work. Rather than cold calling or desk-based selling, this role focuses on in-person customer conversations in approved retail and promotional locations. Your responsibility is to help customers understand available service options, current promotions, and what best fits their needs. What You 'll Actually Be Doing * Speaking with customers in high-footfall, in-person environments across the Koreatown area * Introducing residential and small business connectivity services, including internet, mobile, and TV packages * Explaining how different service options work, what's included, and what current promotions are available * Answering practical customer questions and helping them compare options clearly * Supporting the customer sign-up process by accurately gathering required information * Representing the brand professionally and consistently in every interaction Who This Role Works Well For This position suits people who like routine with variety -- structured campaigns, clear expectations, and daily interaction with new customers. No prior sales experience is required, but confidence speaking to people and following process is important. Training is provided from day one.
