We are currently seeking a bright and energetic individual for our Motorcycle/ATV/SXS/PWC Sales Associate position and to join our growing team in our Macon, GA location. About Us: Capitol Cycle Company, Inc. is Middle Georgia's #1 Power Sports Dealership serving Macon, GA for over 100 years. We are a multi-line dealership with Polaris, Slingshot, KTM, Suzuki, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Husqvarna, GasGas, Stark & Indian Motorcycle. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned * Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. * Accurately update inventory online in a timely fashion. * Respond to leads by phone, email, and text. * Recommend products to customers, based on customer's needs and interests. * Answer customer's questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. * Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates. * Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. * Use social media to market to prospective customers. * Organize both dealership and outside events. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features * Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries * Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis * "Go the extra mile" to drive sales * Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Actively seek out customers in store * Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options * Cross sell products * Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service * Build productive trust relationships with customers * Comply with inventory control procedures * Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design) Job Requirements Education and Experience: * High school diploma. * Must be well versed with social media & typing. * Candidate should be ready for the opportunity to work in friendly and professional environment. * Must be self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards * Retail experience, along with, Motorcycle, ATV, PWC & SXS experience is a plus Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive market-based salary, commensurate with experience and education * Comprehensive benefits package available Job Type: Full-time Benefit Conditions: * Only full-time employees eligible Paid Training: * Yes Management: * Team Lead Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * What kind of experience, if any, do you have with Motorcycles, ATVs, or Utility Vehicles? * How is your previous experience relevant to this role? * Why should we hire you?
