Job Summary We are seeking and will fully train a Certified Field Inspector for our full- time IN-HOME sales role in Cincinnati, OH area. The Certified Field Inspector will drive to company-paid leads/customers to assess water and structural issues in foundations, basements, and crawl spaces, and provide accurate quotes and recommendations for homeowners. The role involves engaging with homeowners to diagnose and explain water management and structural solutions, with an expectation of scheduling their repair. Duties * Engage with potential customers in their homes. Company provided leads. * Educate and inform customers with company- appointed software and presentations. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend customized solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring high satisfaction levels. * Manage accounts effectively by tracking interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress. * Negotiate terms and close deals confidently * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Experience * Experience in in-home or sales Preferred * Experience in construction background preferred * Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions effectively * Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers and building lasting relationships.
